The 5 Elements of Irresistibility
Irresistible means 'I want you and only you' and consists of these 5 key elements on which you should score as high as possible.

1. Crystal Clear: 'I understand you completely'
Brand success starts with being clear about what you have to offer. Being clear seems so easy. But today we see as many images in one day via media as people in the Middle Ages did in their entire lives… And that’s just about images! Try to stand out among them. So keep it simple and remember: complexity is the greatest enemy.

If your customers don’t know exactly what you have to offer, how do they know if it is really relevant and if your product or service really solves their problem? Solving your customer’s problem is key, because if it doesn’t solve anything, why would anyone want it? Salespeople often overestimate the relevance of a product. It can have too many or too few features, be of poor quality, or be too good and too expensive for the situation, outdated… You name it .

3. Credible: 'I trust you'
If you are not transparent, it is very difficult to uk telegram data gain enough trust for a purchase from the customer. Consumers gather a lot of information before they make a purchase. Brands are no longer blindly trusted. The answer is authenticity. Become human again, treat the customer as such, be consistent and remove doubt in a friendly way.

4. Distinctive: 'I can only get this from you'
Long story short : just don't do what everyone else is doing. Make your company indispensable or at least as indispensable as possible. What would your customers do if your company were no longer around? Will you be replaced by the competition in no time? In that case, you know that you will no longer be relevant in the short or long term. Stand out from the crowd with what suits your company. You can think of a distinctive range, but also of branding and tone of voice (think of Coolblue, the range is not distinctive from Media Markt, the brand experience is. That seeps through into the retail design, online and offline customer service, the tone of voice, and check out the micro-copy on their website!).

5. Inspirational: 'I'm going to tell my friends about this'

You can play along, but you are only truly irresistible if you also know how to inspire your customers. Product quality and a good story are beyond dispute, but the packaging must also be instagrammable .
