This pair of designers met when they were studying Art History. Fate would have it that Pablo would sit in Mayaya's usual seat on one of the first days of class and that is where a personal and later professional union arose that has resulted in a unique, authentic, modern and innovative artisanal company that has stood out in its sector for more than 20 years.

They were clear that their passion revolved around art, but focused on sewing and specifically on hat making. For this reason, they decided to go to Madrid to learn from the hands of a professional hatmaker until one day their opportunity to make a name for themselves came... While they were buying material in a shop, they happened to hear a theatre director who needed hats for one of his plays and, without thinking twice, they approached him to offer their services. Finally, they were in charge of designing and making this order and thanks to this coincidence their world changed when they saw this job as a profession with a future, their true passion.
