Why did you choose to pursue this profession?

How does a contemporary chartered accountant work? The answer emerges from the interview with the owners and collaborators of the Zetapiemme firm, which is based in Via Guglielmo Oberdan, 26 Bologna. They have been our Passcom clients since 2013 and with them we have built a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, in which both parties recognize the competence and professionalism of the other. Maurizio: Our firm started with a clientele that needed assistance with accounting, tax returns and consultancy.
Mattia: We provide consultancy, mainly in the tax field, for SMEs, artisans, freelancers… I studied and continue to study economics, I started with accounting and it is a sector that I love very much.

How has your work changed over time?
Maurizio: I have been a member of the order for forty years, I can say that south korea phone number lead our profession has changed drastically since I started. Once upon a time the accountant took care of everything, nowadays that would be impossible.

What do you like most about your job and, if you feel like telling us, what do you like least?
Claudia: What I love most about my job is accounting, even though it is becoming
more and more complicated due to the constant updates.

What would you change about your job?
Claudia: I would change the bureaucracy, it should be simplified.
Mattia: The continuous insertion of superfluous obligations, such as Intrastat and Esterometro, wastes a lot of time with documentation and repetition of data.

We know that you use Passcom for accounting and another management software for tax returns: why this choice?
Adelina: I have been a Passepartout customer for about 40 years and I have never abandoned it! We use Passcom for accounting, as it is much faster in making entries.
We use the other management software because I was born from paper and I found it difficult to adapt to a new way of making tax returns.

What benefits have you found with Passcom?
Mattia: Definitely the speed, clarity and immediacy of the program. Compared to other software, opening an account is much easier and faster.
