First, you need to install and activate the MonsterInsights plugin . For more details, see our step-by-step guide on how to install a WordPress plugin .

After activation, you will see the welcome screen and setup wizard. Just click the “Start Wizard” button.

You can follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Google Analytics account to your website. For more detailed instructions, see our beginner's guide to installing Google Analytics in WordPress .

Once you have MonsterInsights set up, it's time to set up form tracking.

Simply go to the Insights ” Addons page , scroll down to the Forms addon and click the Install button.

You can verify this by visiting the Insights » Settings page and going to the Conversions tab. Here you will see that your form builder is listed under the “Enable Form Conversion Tracking” option.
