The Valencian Institute of Industrial Competitiveness (IVACE) has just launched the 2021 call for grants aimed at improving the strategy of SMEs in the Valencian Community in the different areas of internationalization and thus gain a competitive position in foreign markets through intensive, highly specialized and individualized support.

Since 2017 , IVACE has been approving support plans for companies participating in internationalisation mentoring programmes, which means that companies participating in these programmes will be able to receive a subsidy for the execution and launch of their export plan in the following years . The maximum amount of said support during 2020 has been set at €100,000. The eligible expenses include the following:
Consulting expenses required for monitoring and execution of the plan
Travel and accommodation expenses in foreign markets
Creation of a website aimed at the international environment, or adaptation of the company's existing one for this purpose and expenses for promotional material, catalogues, brochures and various posters
Advertising in foreign media, advertising or registration in online portals or directories and international electronic markets
Online and offline communication related to the development of international communication campaigns
Costs of hiring a person with specialization related to the field of tutoring
Expenses related to international promotion actions necessary for the execution of the plan resulting from the tutoring carried out in foreign markets.
Participation in international trade fairs, only the cost of renting space will be eligible
Participation, as a group or individually, in international fairs held outside of Spain,
Purchase of specifications and translation of documents, and expenses directly related to foreign public procurement.
Trademark registration in countries outside the European Union.
