DIGITAL CHALLENGE
QI Network approached InCuca to develop a scalable way to distribute knowledge and generate engagement in the Cloud solutions offered to customers. Since the acquired customers brought thousands of employees to use the new digital systems and tools, a solution was needed that would support the business to educate and support the high volume and retention of users.
TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION
To solve this challenge, InCuca created an EAD malta number dataset to include courses, classes, and video training, as well as support materials for the thousands of users seeking help in adopting the new technologies offered by QI Network. The digital environment was called Qi Academy, which, through videos with simple and practical classes, teaches how to use Google tools used by companies around the world. In addition to improving the EAD platform, InCuca was able to develop a series of features, components, and customized reports to adapt the system. Decisions regarding continuous improvements were based on engagement data and use of the tools.
SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME
Customers were able to engage their employees in adopting the new technologies implemented by QI Network and the materials served to attract new companies to adopt the solutions.
