Recently, we have noticed additional security measures when setting up new business profiles on Google. One of them is using more than one method of verifying a business card. Very often, within just a few minutes of entering the verification code, the company profile changes status to "suspended" or "verification required" and it must be verified again, either using an available method or by contacting support.
How do I regain access to my Google Business Card?
The process of recovering a business card requires patience. Why is this? It is important to first analyze the Business Card and check if any of the elements violate the rules. Additionally, our company's profile will not always be unsuspended after submitting the form. In such situations, you have to go through the next step, which is contacting Google Support.
Check Google's guidelines
The first step to getting your Google listing back is to find out why you were suspended. Google will let you know in the suspension email and in the appeal tool.
Before you start filling out the form, make sure you haven't made any mistakes on your listing. Read Google's guidelines carefully and look closely at each field to see what might have violated the rules.

If you have not found any errors on your listing that violate the guidelines, please proceed to fill out the My Business Profile restoration form on Google.
In the first step, Google will ask you to confirm the Google account from which it should download the business card database.
Then from the list, select the profile you want to regain access to.
Go to the next step to add evidence. Be sure to include proof that your business is operating, these can be:
entry from CEIDG,
electricity bill.
At a later stage, the support agent may ask you for photos of the shop window along with the sign at the front of the building.
Better yet, submit them all and you'll have 60 minutes to do so.
Write a justification for why you should regain access to your Google business card.
Once an appeal has been submitted, your request will be reviewed and Google will send you an email with information about the status of your listing.
Regaining access to your company profile - step two
If after filling out the form your company profile has not been restored, you can submit an appeal of the decision. A request to reconsider a rejected appeal looks very similar to the actual form.
Complete the required fields and submit evidence of your listing's existence, then wait for a response from Google.

Depending on the status of your business profile, it may happen that the appeal option is not available after restrictions have been imposed. In this case, you should contact the Google team ( link ).
In the contact form, enter your company name, company address, fill in the required links and write in the field provided what problem you are struggling with. Depending on the type of problem and the cash app database number of business cards you manage in your account, you can get the option of email correspondence, chat, phone call or all three to choose from.
