A contact may leave a workflow when they shouldn’t. Or an account website may contain a typo or edit.

Re-entering contacts into an email workflow
Did someone accidentally exit the workflow?
Now you can re-insert this contact into your workflow with just one click.

Simply click the blue “insert” icon to reinsert the contact into the workflow.
This means that the contact will continue to receive emails following the original flow. They will simply receive the next step in the workflow after the delay you set.

Enrich accounts when their website is updated
From now on, when you update an account's website URL, Salesflare will ask if you want to re-enrich the account with the new publicly available information.

You now have the option to re-enrich your account information when you update your website URL.
Just click "yes" to confirm.
Before making a new enrichment, all existing account information is removed except for the name and custom fields.
