Brands and TikTok: a winning alliance

Post by rosebaby50955 »

Ads are full-screen , just like Instagram Stories ads, and are skippable. This ad type also supports multiple objectives, such as app installs and website clicks.

5. Branded lenses (2D, 3D & AR lenses)
Much like Snapchat and Facebook's AR lenses, a lens on TikTok will be available for a limited time, up to 10 days.

Tiktok, a success story of good marketing
In addition to being a useful tool, TikTok has been able to promote itself and generate content intelligently.

?.

In Malaysia, local influencers are promoting TikTok. Interestingly, McDonald's is one of the first brands in Malaysia (besides Shopee) to officially collaborate with TikTok through the #BigMacTikTok challenge.

The challenge requires participants to take and share videos of themselves dancing to specific Big Mac tunes using TikTok.

To enter the Contest, participants were required to register an account on the McDonald's App. They then had to record a Big Mac video using the TikTok app and submit it through the App.

The most creative contestants were awarded a cash prize.

McDonald's benefited greatly from this campaign by getting so many young people dancing to its Big Mac tune, the kind of engagement you can only get through a short video app like TikTok.

But it's also a win for TikTok , as by partnering with a mass-market brand like restaurant email list McDonald's it has acquired new users while also increasing app usage.

TikTok vs Instagram: Differences and Similarities
Just a few weeks ago, following threats from the United States to ban the use of Tik Tok, Instagram launched a new feature quite similar to that of the Chinese app.

As we saw previously, Tik Tok's strength lies in the possibilities it offers to create and edit videos , with truly surprising results.

The app lets you create videos between 15 and 60 seconds long with songs, sounds or audio clips created by other users.

You can create videos by joining different clips that can be recorded on the fly or added from your device. The app's editor also allows you to vary the speed, add filters and effects.

Instagram, on the other hand, was born with a pronounced inclination towards images and aesthetics, although for some time now the application has been turning towards instantaneousness and videos.
