While it’s great to get a viral hit, remember that YouTube isn’t just about views: You want to build a subscriber base and build long-term relationships with your viewers.
Posting irregularly will only hurt you and cause you to lose subscribers. If you post every day, make sure you post every day. If you post once a week on a Tuesday at 9am, never skip a week or post a video late (even if it’s just a few hours or the next day).
