Draco and Cepheus, which are located in the same region in the sky, are not as well known despite their size. Draco is the eighth largest constellation in the sky, but its brightest star, Eltanin, Gamma Draconis, is only 72nd on the list of the brightest stars. It is as bright as Mizar, Zeta Ursae Majoris, which is the fourth brightest star in the Big Dipper.
Draco is the large serpentine constellation wrapped around the much smaller Ursa Minor, with the dragon's tail lying between the two bear constellations and its head pointing towards Hercules. Draco represents Ladon, the dragon who guarded the golden apples on Mount Atlas and was killed by Heracles as part of his 12 labours. The constellation is not denmark email list particularly prominent despite being one of the largest.Monmouth is a charming and bustling market town situated close to where the three rivers Wye, Monnow and Trothy meet on the border with England. On a sunny day it can be packed with tourists strolling along the narrow pavements of Monnow Street, Agincourt Square and Church Street. It has an iconic fortified bridge which was only recently freed from car traffic with the construction of a long-awaited second bridge over the Monnow, now that the cattle market has closed. Monmouth museum displays artefacts associated with Admiral Lord Nelson and Charles Rolls of Rolls Royce fame. Little remains of the Norman castle around which the town grew.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Using a knife, cut the avocado flesh (still inside the skin) into strips. You should be able to make four “fries” out of each half.
Carefully remove the avocado “fries” from the skin of the avocado. Lightly sprinkle the avocado fries with a little kosher salt.
Cut the bacon in half widthwise.
Take one fried avocado and wrap it with half a slice of bacon. Use 2 toothpicks to secure the bacon, one on each end of the avocado fry. (Optional, add a strip of jalapeno or red onion next to the avocado and then wrap with bacon. To secure, thread a toothpick through the bacon, then the avocado, and lastly the jalapeno/red onion.)
Spray the rack of a baking sheet with oil. Add the bacon-wrapped avocado fries to a wire rack. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. (If you don't have a rack, you can place the fries directly on a baking sheet. I like to use the rack for extra crispy bacon.)
Serve hot.
