You need a mind shift
Participants do not sit next to each other in a workshop space focused on you and the image behind you. Each participant sits at a table in front of a screen at home. There is no moment at the coffee machine, no contact with 'the neighbor' during assignments and everyone has lunch in their own environment.

That is really different. As American colleagues put it so nicely:

Never ever do I want to demotivate you to start training online. I did want to pause you in your enthusiastic run towards fancy tools with your credit card at the ready. Because hey, there are a lot of advantages! The best ones:

In a digital chat environment, you not only get more questions, but the questions are deeper and better. Why? Because no one listens with a 'dumb question'. Especially when you work with one-on-one breakout rooms *.
Participants are more comfortable in their own environment. And fitter because they don't have to travel. And therefore more active and involved.
An online version of your physical training is a france telegram data great first step towards a fully online and therefore scalable training . High five!
You only have to get dressed for the (top) half and everyone can participate in their slippers.

* Breakout rooms are additional digital rooms in the same environment that you can access via a link. Everyone can switch between a breakout room and the training room. Breakout rooms can be used for working in groups or one-on-one meetings.

You can break down each training into three elements
A training can be divided into three elements:

Knowledge transfer . Think of slides, videos, stories, examples and dances. You tell, participants listen and take notes.
Applying the new knowledge . So assignments. Think of exercises, analyses, research, quizzes, puzzles… The participants are working, you help.
Interaction . Think of: answering questions, discussion, reflection. You facilitate, participants interact.
And here I actually see the best opportunity: if you digitize the above elements step by step, you create a nice step towards a fully digital workshop. Think: ten thousand participants instead of ten.
