If you want to sell custom/personalized products, Wix also makes that a bit easier. You can quickly and easily add a custom field to a product. Shopify, on the other hand, can still add multiple products, but you'll have to use third-party apps if you want visitor analytics and revenue reporting.

Shopify doesn't have a great search functionality. There's no auto-complete, and if someone misspells the product they're looking for, Shopify won't show it.
Wix makes it possible to add a product search relatively easily. You can also customize your search results page fairly easily. Natively, Wix has a better product search feature.
