Telefónica SA, Ericsson España and Fundación Adecco have renewed the commitment they established – in 2013 with Ericsson and in 2014 with Fundación Adecco – through the Talentum Startups program to promote young talent and innovation and technology.
The Talentum Startups program focuses on the inclusion of young morocco phone number data university techies in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is achieved by including them in a highly innovative environment or by developing their own project. There are special cases that allow for a greater degree of flexibility and work, through Think Tanks called Labs, in which a group of young people from Talentum Startups provide technological solutions to a problem presented by a third party.

The lines of work that have been followed by the Talentum Startups program through the agreement with Ericsson Spain and the Adecco Foundation have been the following:
M2M Lab: located in Malaga , during 2014 it was made up of a top-level mentor from the Ericsson Spain team. Last year it was made up of fifteen students from Telecommunications and Computer Engineering and has now been renewed with another fifteen students. The lines of work deployed in this Lab have focused on Smart Cities and Traffic.
Adecco Foundation Lab: fifteen students have been part of this Lab since 2014, located in Madrid International Lab, which focuses its efforts on providing technological solutions to improve the employability of people with some degree of disability. In 2015, the group is expected to be renewed with another fifteen students. Two lines of work have been followed: “A click away from employment”, a solution that aims to improve accessibility to job offers; and BreakingSoundBarriers, a tool to facilitate the monitoring of university classes for people with hearing impairments.
The renewal of this agreement represents an important milestone for the Talentum Startups programme and is undoubtedly beneficial for all parties.
