that this article would be incomplete without mentioning my personal tips for setting OKRs. The thing is, OKRs are sexy. Our brains love to track things and see progress. It motivates us, challenges us, and shows us that we have achieved something. But the trick is that creating OKRs can easily be tied to the fun of OKRs for their own sake, rather than the productivity gains. I know this from personal experience.
