And here we are again on the threshold of another New Year! We are full of anticipation of the beginning of this exciting journey! You?

We have plans to release new features and expand existing ones, all with the goal of delivering an enriching experience. Before we tell you what’s coming, we’d like to reflect on the major milestones of our journey in 2023.

2023 has been an eventful year: we’ve released a lot of buy special number list features, made some great improvements, and landed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (yet again). This was possible because we created a to-do list at the beginning of 2023. Take a look at the list.

We are pleased to have made it to the SFA Magic Quadrant 2023 Series . That’s five times in a row. In its report, Gartner says: “ Gartner believes SFA is a foundational technology deployed to automate core sales processes within an organization and to improve salespeople’s ability to engage with buyers across customer touchpoints.

2023 was a year of great work together, with significant changes to CRM to help users, developers, and administrators. Now let's look at what's in store for 2024!

Opening 2024 – Year of Progress
Over the past few years, we have continually explored ways to improve CRM that could address the unique challenges posed by the advent of COVID. This journey has been marked by significant collaboration and continued support from our customers, users, partners, and the CRM community.

In 2022 and 2023, the CRM industry focused on integrating automation and AI features. Social CRM and mobile versions gained popularity, and 2023 brought trends such as voice and conversational interfaces, as well as integration with the Internet of Things.

Vtiger CRM adds many features and expands the functionality of CRM with AI-based features, social module, CPQ, etc. With features like Process Designer and VTAP, users can easily create applications and expand the functionality of CRM according to their business needs. In simple words, we provide users with the ability to create their own CRM.

We believe that 2024 will be the year of progress! We predict significant growth next year and invite you to grow with us.

This year, we will be adding new verticals and industries. We will also be focusing on improving existing features. Check out our 2024 to-do list!


Since we also foresee the growth of self-service aspects in CRM, we will be improving our features like Chatbots, Article and FAQ editor, LLM support for conversational tools, etc. This will also help you in installing and using CRM as a solution. We have started to implement these technologies in CRM with features like Chat GPT support for chat and email content, Gamification , Coaching module and Onboarding.
