Growth : MRR grew 131% in July ($6.5k thanks to the addition of 6 new customers (2x)
Implementation and Productivity : In July, this was our main focus and we promised to go all out to provide the greatest value to clients. We achieved an average weekly execution rate of 95% of tasks per client, with a 90% approval rate for the delivered content.
Commercial : We generated more than 40 leads in July and improved our sales funnel.
Reach and Engagement : We increased team engagement to 100% and improved the task measurement system to increase process efficiency. In addition, we are working on new channels to increase the visibility and reach of our services.
MentalTestLab – Mental Health SaaS | App Tests and Psychometric Evaluations for Mental Health Professionals
B2C : 3x sales in July with a limited offer, allowing for increased verified registrations on the platform.
We have optimized the website and webinars, driving 4.6x growth compared to June.
B2G : We are moving forward at an incredible speed in negotiations with a provincial government in Argentina to use tests in psychiatric licenses issued to public employees. The objective is to detect fraudulent licenses and avoid a great cost to the state. In addition, we are close to signing an agreement with universities in Argentina, Colombia and Cuba, construction email list which will reinforce our credibility as a scientific tool in the field of mental health.
B2B: We continue in discovery to advance with HR areas where there is a lot of interest in psychometric tests and evaluations to optimize employee selection and engagement processes.
Test Production: We multiply the speed of new tests by 3x.
Training: We went from holding one event per week. The presence of 4,000 to 5,000 mental health professionals with internal and external trainers.
Boris Returns – E-commerce SaaS | Returns and exchanges for e-commerce stores
Clients : We went from 31 to 46 clients in July, a 50% growth. In addition, we eliminated the freemium model, improving the quality of service and the average ticket, which now stands at 23 USD.
Expansion : We are preparing our launch in Mexico at the end of September. At the same time, we are working on new integrations with logistics platforms and stores to scale our service.
Ecosystem Growth : Boris was featured in the Cloud Store as one of the most recommended apps, which has increased our visits by 60% on its landing page.
Build Trust
Knowledge Sharing on Linkedin: we continue with +140 posts per month. Personal warning is that I want to lead by example and in July I did not have a good performance and everything was in the red.
