The Government is studying the extension of the application of the flat rate for self-employed workers so that it is compatible with the hiring of workers.
Let us remember that one of the reasons for exclusion from the Social Security contribution bonus for new self-employed workers is the fact of hiring a worker, even those who benefit from it lose this right when they have workers. If this goes ahead, in the first quarter of 2015, these situations would no longer be an obstacle to paying the reduced fee .
What would these changes look like?
The first of the changes would be the one we have just mentioned. A self-employed person who is paying the reduced rate will be able to continue in that situation even if he hires some workers for his business.
Another novelty would be that denmark whatsapp number data corporate self-employed workers , who are currently excluded in all cases, will be able to benefit from the reduced rate if they hire an employee.
Self-employed workers who have been registered previously and who hire a worker, provided that the worker is under 30 years of age , will also be able to benefit from the reduction.
Remember that the application of the reduced rate is only for new registrations of self-employed workers. If this last point were confirmed, the bonus would be extended to self-employed workers who meet the requirement of hiring a young worker even if they had previously registered with the RETA .
It remains to be seen how these changes will be approved . The government's possible proposal will have to be passed through Parliament before being finally approved and coming into force. It will therefore take several months for it to become a reality.
