The Meta Business Suite is the central point of contact for all your professional Facebook and Instagram accounts. Here you can write and schedule content, manage comments and access numerous insights into published posts and advertisements.

Here is an overview of the most important tools of the Meta Business Suite:

The Meta Business Suite mailbox
You can access all incoming messages for your Facebook and Instagram profiles via the Meta Business Suite mailbox. Make sure that you have linked Instagram to the Facebook page in the settings, otherwise you will have to manage incoming messages via the Instagram app.

In the “All Messages” tab, you can see all comments on your Facebook and Instagram profiles as well as direct messages via Messenger. You can use the “Drafts” area to access posts that are not yet finished and to finalize them. The “Planned” tab lets you take a look into the future and see what posts are planned for the profiles in the near future. These can also be edited from here if a correction loop is still required. Looking at the posts that have already been published, you can see how well they are performing. For this purpose, you have selected various metrics such as organic reach, interactions, likes, comments and shared content by default. Adjustments to the metrics can be made using the “Columns” button. If necessary, the data can also be exported at the top of the page so that it can be reused in other tools such as Google Sheets or Numbers.
