Regulatory symbols on cell phones no longer mandatory in the US

US President Barack Obama signed a law this week that exempts telecommunications equipment manufacturers from printing regulatory symbols and numbers on the casings of their equipment.

Presented in July of this year, the bill foresees that symbols from the FCC, Federal senegal whatsapp list Commission , (which is the “Anatel – National Telecommunications Agency of the USA”), and identification numbers, are available for internal consultation in the software of the devices themselves.

According to the website “The Verge”, the importance of dispensing with printing will reduce costs and shorten the production time of devices such as tablets and smartphones, in addition to smaller devices, such as smart watches, in which it will be possible to better use the spaces previously occupied by regulatory symbols and numbers.
