It's a simple feature, but now you can simply check the shelf location of a product on the app and easily find the product you're looking for.
Since we had the chance, we divided the participants into two doctor database groups: those who used the app and those who did not, and compared which group could reach the product first.
Being a very careless person, I only knew the general location and then looked for the product by checking the product lineup on the shelves...but even so, I was able to find the product I was looking for using the app first.
My impressions after using the Cainz Home app
We found that the PickUp and product map features we introduced here solve issues unique to large stores and improve user convenience.
The Cainz Home app's other features also show careful consideration for users.
For example, the flyer function offers two patterns: "list view" and "paper flyer (front/back)," showing that it is designed to cater to a variety of user cases.
Also, while many stores are working on turning membership cards into apps, there aren't many apps that actually display a barcode on the home screen.
Rather than displaying their company's best-selling products, they display the membership card barcode, which is what users will most likely use on the Cainz Home app, which shows their commitment to the user's perspective.
Although it is a multi-functional app, it is a wonderful app with a well-designed UI/UX based on the user's perspective.
I would definitely like to try the parking pickup service.
The product map feature solves this common problem
