Who can be a beneficiary?
Small innovative companies with their registered office or production facility located in the Valencian Community and less than 5 years old at the time of submitting the application.
What does the aid consist of?
IVACE will provide a non-refundable subsidy of up to 100% of the cost of contracting external specialized advisory services in the areas indicated below:
Strategic diagnosis : to understand and evaluate your business capabilities and your positioning in the market.
Business model : to evaluate or innovate your current business model and adapt it to the current environment.
Marketing and sales: to design and support the implementation of new marketing and sales strategies and actions .
Organization and processes : to review and improve organizational aspects and internal processes.
Economic and financial management : to improve your economic and financial management and identify areas for improvement.
Definition of dashboards : to review and improve your operational management
