Presentation of the Top 25 Digital Professions 2019

For the seventh consecutive year, Inesdi Digital Business School, in collaboration with Íncipy Digital Strategic Partner and Indigital Advantage , has launched a new edition of the Top 25 Digital Professions 2019. A study that identifies the most sought-after digital professional profiles in the last year . This time, focused on new technological and disruptive professions . The objective of this study is to understand the evolution of the market and the digital transformation of companies . With this, it is intended to determine the most suitable profile for each organization. Based on their needs and growth expectations.
Results of the study
The Top 25 Digital Professions 2019 has been compiled based on the bc data india analysis of 453 job offers published on the Inesdi job board . Also, from those managed by the headhunting of digital and technological profiles of Indigital Advantage . The latter come from a total of 269 companies . In the Top 5 of the ranking of profiles most requested by companies are :
Digital Marketing Manager
Community Manager
Digital Communication Manager
Content Manager
Digital Analyst
However, the demand for profiles related to the management and optimization of customer experience is increasing , and we find two positions in the ranking :
UI/UX Designer
Customer Experience Manager
Likewise, it is worth highlighting the professions linked to data management and analysis :
Digital Analyst (ranked in the Top 5)
Big Data & AI Analyst
Another of the main novelties in the ranking is the introduction of a strategic position in companies, that of CDO & IT Director .

Presentation events in Barcelona and Madrid
On March 21, at the Movistar Centre in Barcelona and on March 26, at the Reale Seguros Auditorium in Madrid, the presentation events of said study were held. Both were organized in collaboration with Celera, Fundación Banco Sabadell, Valkiria Hub Innovation, RRHH Digital, Movistar Centre and Reale Seguros . Joana Sánchez ( @ejoana) , President and Founder of Inesdi and Íncipy, presented the events by introducing the results of the study. She also explained the keys to the disruptive transformation we are currently experiencing. Ana Sánchez-Blanco ( @AnuskiSB ), Academic Director of Inesdi, presented the most relevant data from the study. Expressing the need to hire digital profiles that also have technological knowledge . In particular, applying Artificial Intelligence in practically all areas.
