■ Summary of major changes in the third public offering
(a) Revision of the upper limit of the subsidy amount for the regular category
The maximum subsidy amount for the regular category was previously set based on the category of small and medium-sized enterprises, but has now been changed to be based on the number of employees.

20 or fewer employees: 1 million to 40 million yen
21-50 employees: 1 million to 60 million yen
51 or more employees: 1 million yen to 80 million yen
(b) Establishment of a new minimum wage framework
Establishment of a "minimum wage framework" (for businesses with a certain percentage or more of employees earning close to the minimum wage, the subsidy rate will be raised to 3/4, and they will be given a more preferential adoption rate than other frameworks.)
Under the "minimum wage framework," the maximum subsidy amount will be up to 15 million yen, depending on the number of employees.

(c) Revision of the sales decline requirement
The period subject to the sales decline requirement has been expanded to after April 2020. (However, in this case, the sales decline requirement applies to after October 2020.)
The sales decline requirement is also met by a decrease in added value.
