Set clear goals
All marketing plans include defined and realistic objectives; social KPIs should also be clear. A good Social Media Manager knows that if the company's primary objective is conversion—whether it's purchasing a product, filling out a form, or subscribing to a newsletter or subscription— they won't be satisfied with a page that has many fans and interactions but no conversions . In these cases, we're talking about vanity metrics, i.e., the achievement of quantitative objectives that don't provide a real benefit to the business.

Therefore, when setting goals, it's important to identify what challenges and problems the company overseas chinese database faces. Here are five of the most common:

Insufficient website traffic and/or few visitors.
Weak brand awareness.
Decreased customer retention.
Bad online reputation.
Hard sales.
All of these critical issues can be supported and resolved through a comprehensive and truly effective social strategy.

Editing quality content
Visual content has a lasting effect on the viewer. Obviously, the image on social media must be coordinated with all brand communications . However, social media, by its nature, lends itself to a greater lightness and extemporaneity; just think of instant marketing. On some channels, it may be worth considering experimenting with a slightly lighter tone to capture potential customers based on the general mood of users on the platform in question.
