Receipt for the transfer of the deposit under the agreement

Attention! All owners of the apartment must write a receipt, and the amount in it is distributed proportionally to the shares of the owners. For example: if the deposit is 100,000 rubles, the owner's share is 6/10, and the landlady's 4/10, then the owner indicates the amount of 60,000 rubles in the receipt, and the second owner 40,000 rubles.
The receipt states the following:

Full passport details. For example: Ivanov Fedor Sergeevich, born 02.02.2222, passport 1111 No. 111111, issued by the Moscow Department of Internal Affairs on 22.02.2222. Registered at the address: Moscow, Moskovskaya St., Bldg. 1, Apt. 0, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
It is imperative to clarify that it is the deposit that is being transferred!
The amount of the deposit is written both in numbers and in words, indicating the currency.
Specify the basis on which the receipt is given. Example: a deposit of 60,000 rubles (sixty thousand rubles) towards payment under a purchase and sale agreement to be concluded before March 22, 1122.
You also need to briefly describe the phone number database apartment, area, address, and documents confirming ownership.

The receipt must be written in the person's own handwriting by the person receiving the deposit.
If it is printed, have the receipt certified by a notary.

By mutual agreement, the transaction may be cancelled and the deposit returned in its original form. There must be compelling reasons for this - illness, refusal of a mortgage loan, etc.
