Upselling is a sales technique whose main objective is to sell more of your services or products to customers who have already purchased from you, but now with some special conditions due to the fact that they are already consumers.

For example, when offering a contaminated area restoration service to a customer who already buys from your brand, you can offer it with special payment terms, which further increases the chances of them buying from you again.
