What does it mean to be a 24/7 brand?
In today's digital age, the challenge facing many brands is to transition from multi-channel management , often disjointed and without a cohesive doctor phone number data design, to an omnichannel strategy that uses storytelling to build an engaged audience that lives and breathes the brand territory necessary to grow consistently.
For a year now, we have been working with Pluxee to build an educational community for human resources leaders , providing them with relevant information to reflect on their role and how they can improve the climate and culture of their organizations .

We connected with these people through various educational activities and events , culminating in a face-to-face workshop that brought together specialists who were already members of the community. This workshop materialized Pluxee 's purpose of building a training and learning space so that its participants could take valuable information back to their organizations .
It is clear that this shift not only involves being present on multiple platforms , but also maintaining constant availability, in order to build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with a brand’s audience.
In this article, we will explore how organizations can leverage storytelling and continuous availability to create a genuine connection with their audience , especially in a scenario where generative artificial intelligence is revolutionizing this approach.
Evolution of communication: beyond the product
Traditionally, companies focused on repeating a uniform message. Today, the strategy has evolved toward creating consistent, systematic messages that are tailored to each customer touchpoint . Each action communicates something and contributes to a long-term relationship with the customer beyond the simple consumption of the product.
Storytelling in this context is defined as a set of expressions that allow the development of a coherent and continuous narrative. It is not about bombarding the public with messages, but rather accompanying them and extending the experience over time.
