Tiledesk is a prominent emerging framework in the no-code development scene, especially for building LLM-enabled conversational applications. It is an open source platform (MIT licensed), which encourages community contributions and offers flexibility for customization and deployment on private clouds or data centers.

It is designed to enable entrepreneurs and individuals who do not have much programming knowledge to develop complex chatbot functionality by offering them a visual, block-based design approach.

As shown in Figure 1, Tiledesk has integrated LLM such as ChatGPT (Claude, Gemini, and LLAMA coming by December 2024), to improve chatbot responses and decision-making capabilities. This integration enables blocks within the chatbot flow to analyze user input and make decisions, thus improving the dynamism and intelligence of the entire conversational application.
