Digital expert Cyril Coste kicks off: “The focus for now? Focus on automating work . And keep checking whether what you do is in the service of your customer. Think about what kind of employer russia telegram data you want to be, are you the one who helps the customer take a step further?”
Something Steven van Belleghem agrees with: “Companies are used to focusing on their own objective, and then looking at how this can be brought to the customer. Turn that around and ask yourself: what is the scarcest good that the customer has? Most people want more time, money, energy. If you agree with that as a company, keep asking yourself whether what you offer also fits. Look at new trends and technology, from that perspective you offer much more value.”
Kamales Lardi adds that companies have been forced to invest more in technology for the work environment. “Solutions have been implemented that are not always sustainable, I expect they will find out after Covid. My advice: keep looking at how that technology can improve work processes , such as reducing manual work.”
James Robertson's advice is to spend a few days with your employees : "You'll quickly get to know the users of your platform and identify a few things that you can tackle right away.
